Inspired by H.G. Wells' 1898 novel ‘War of the Worlds’, I decided to adapt the book as if it were a science fiction film from the 1980s. The tripod model was 3D printed, painted and aged with acrylic, while the eye was sculpted using the software Rhino and printed with resin. The background was painted with acrylic, and the ground and meteor impact was created with clay.
